Total Beauty Club is a Ukrainian-speaking women’s club in the Netherlands. A club that opens up the many-sided inner potential of a woman — beauty both outer and inner.
It is a place of support and a women’s circle — for women who want more energy, more calm, more of themselves.
Vision. A changed woman — in all three areas: spirit, soul and body.
Mission. To show every woman the value of developing not only outer but also inner beauty.

What we do
Three branches: spirit, soul and body
We believe a woman’s true strength is born from a balance of spirit, soul and body. That is why our space brings three branches together.

SoulGatherings
Evenings that fill you up: in the style of Audrey Hepburn — with a live biographical story from a guest speaker, among the tulips — with a photo shoot and workshops, in Ukrainian style — with a guest from Ukraine.

SpiritRetreats and journeys
Spring adventures through remarkable Dutch places and a journey through France — Paris, Étretat and a castle surrounded by water. A special programme, movement, rest and real conversation.

BodyClasses
Live online classes of 30 minutes, 6 days a week — with different coaches, recordings and the support of the community.
How we do it
We think through every detail
We create a special programme, choose interesting places and combine movement, rest and real conversation — so that every gathering and journey has its own atmosphere.
On retreats the members are accompanied by a team: a nutritionist, a coach, a photographer, a pastoral counsellor and a cook.
